Shucks. I am depressed.
got a freaking 55 out of 100 for ny foundations quiz.
i'm guessing that my quiz grade will be a D?
now, how WELL must i do for my final paper to pull the grades back to a B-?
A-? GREAT!

weird, i thought i could get at least a 70 marks... *gasp* what if they really take away some marks for a wrong answer? erps... =.=
With a possible overall C(i'm being very hopeful here) for my Foundation quiz, I guess i would need an A somewhere.
Japanese 2? I'm not studying as hard for it as compared to Japanese 1. Somemore Japanese 1 I only got an A-, which is 4.5 and not 5.0.
shit.
Structs? Got an A for my quiz. But... I shall not be too hopeful for an A. I guess B+ would be good enough. (unless the paper is of the EXACT standard of difficulty as our tutorials, which is impossible) ps. i failed MOM THRICE.
And civilisations. Gosh, I dont even wanna think about it. My readings has officially piled up so high it's hitting my ceiling. somemore i got a 3/10 for my first pop quiz. Second quiz is tmr and i have yet to do any of my readings YET.
darn.

met up with my tk girls last night for a combined celebration dinner too, for me and kk. haha, it was supposedly a combined celebration dinner for me and monster claraw on Friday too! =) anyway, the girls treated us to Sushi Tei this time! Yummy... Got my usual favourite Kimchi Spicy Miso Ramen. (slurps) and got a taste of tsubugai, because sushi tei doesnt have hokkigai. although they're both supposed to be whelk, hokkigai tasted much better. tsubugai is like a crunchy version of nama hotate. =.=
Dinner was enjoyable and fun(ny) as usual. finally got to see ps again! she went mia for quite some time. still waiting for pictures from jamie.... for now, let just take a look at our birthday cake.

so pretty right? and it's yummy as well! it's a strawberry shortcake, i think. and guess its name? SNOW QUEEN
in other words, it's MY cake.
and i wanna go for dance lessons! kk is having hiphop lessons under a freelance instructor at jitterbugs. hopefully jamie, zh and i can join her too... soon? heehee...

met up with MONSTER claraw and ENTERTAINER Sa last night at Orchard.
heehee... went Xin Wang for dinner and they've changed menu~! okay, i'm slow. but i've not been to xinwang for a year already. LOL....
dinner was eaten amidst loads of laughter so much so that i totally got a stomachache right after finishing my food.
it was just a bunch of random laughter at 2603. hurhur....

Anyway, got them this small novel lighting up thingy... (i'm not being very helpful with my description, am i?) Got a Hello Kitty for Sa and Stitch for Claraw because there wasnt any cookie monster. It's like a transparent figurine, which upon switching on, will light up. and the lights will gradually change its colours into the 7 colours of rainbow. they were like so intrigue by it, such that when i was pulling my hair out over what to order, they were both staring at it like this

Finally gave claraw her U-Know XIAH birthday present. haha... it's one of dbsk's album la. am glad she likes it. hurhur...

went for making of civilisation excursion.
tire the hell out of me so much so that i couldnt focus on any words on my lecture notes/tutorial for the whole day.
and i was just spacing off while staring at i also dunno what i was looking on my computer screen... =.=
oh, we went fort canning, fyi.
and for my fangirl part,
SS501's album are delayed!
they're supposed to release it during mid oct which is like in a few days time.
now they're postponing it till april/may next year.
!!!!!!!
But that's because joongie is starting his HYD shooting during november, and jungminnie is also starting his rehearsal practices for his musical. so if they do release their album now, their promotional period will be damn short. =.=
so yeah, might as well postpone.
and so youngsaengie, kyujongie and hyungjoonie are forming a sub unit called TripleS.... but i'm not very interest la. cause no hyunjoongie.
heehee... korean version of HYD... Hyunjoongie as hanazawa rui.

Japanese counters are driving me crazy.
i have a feeling that すはませんせい is going to give me a little test on it tmr....
やばいな。。。
for items long and thin for ex. ネクタイ、ベルト、鉛筆、花、指: ~本
BUT...
1 - いっぽん
2 - にほん
3 - さんぼん
and this にほん is pronounced differently from THAT にほん, meaning 日本. =.=
and a very tongue twisting 言葉 for me...
とおりがかりの人... it means passer-by. =.=
and the usage of そば and 隣 is also confusing la.
both sitting down - 隣
one seated one standing - そば
both living things or both non-living things - 隣
one living thing one non-living - そば
urgh....
i really want my A for Jap 2 la!

It was said that other 5 ShinHwa members met up with him for a farewell dinner on the 8th, but they didn't send Eric off on the actual enlistment day itself.
but still, many fans were there to send Eric off. =)

Met up with my BESTIE Ms Jamie Tan today for a pre-birthday mini celebration. yup, just the two of us. she TREATED me to yummy hot chocolate and even more yummy chocolate fondue at Max Brenner and also to movies! =) hurhur...
we watched Painted Skin. you know, THAT 715 movie? haha, funny how i've been referring Painted Skin as THE 715 movie when his scenes aren't alot in the entire movie. he's an iguana(?) or rather, lizard spirit inside, who is totally smitten with the fox spirit played by Zhou Xun. Just less than half an hour into the movie, Jay and I agreed on one thing. Zhou Xun is pretty, but we can't stand her voice. *tries to imitate her 'manly' voice* I would say the movie is NICE! 715 does look kinda cool inside despite his 'a little' calefare kind of supporting role.
Don't worry, he's wayyyyy better off as compared to Edison Chen in The Dark Knight. *sniggers* "This way..." *imitating Edison*
Mum told me the movie wasn't really like the original novel Painted Skin. The original version was also about a fox spirit, but the male character was a scholar or something. not that it's important. they kinda made the story more beautiful/tragic. Donnie Chen's character would be what you can label as a 'leng mian xiao jiang'. Nearly all the laughter in the cinema was due to him. =) and the ending... no, i mean the ending scene. it was... a tough choice between sweet or lame. i can't decide. YOU watch it and tell me whether you think it's sweet or lame. hahahaha! not telling you what is it! LALALALALA....
