Oh yeah, by the way.. lawrence became my godpa right. and Ice is my new godma. wth... i was laughing my head off when he came and pointed to Ice, saying: she is your godma! Ice is 17... siao liao. genki people has gone mad. and perhaps i'm being too sensitive... but the Sunny thing ar... hmm... was talking to him a little in the changing room. and ah qiang was smiling to himself behind us when he saw sunny talking to me. Hmm... how immatured 'supposedly matured' guys can get? And today... Lawrence was shouting over the loud music of McFly to me, asking me to come clean with Sunny and make him 'Si Xin'. and of course, all thanks to McFly, i can pretend not to hear him and went HUH? and Sunny immediately interrupted saying Lawrence is spouting nonsense. Hmm... i think i'm thinking too much. Sunny is 2 years younger than me, for goodness sake. i am thinking too much. *nods* hahaha... self-denial? Nonono...
anyway, i just noticed something dreadful at the bottom of my exam result slip.

yup, watched Pirates of the Carribean with Sa today at TM. heehee... it's a nice show! but i think the pirates on board the Flying Dutchman are gross. got hammerhead shark, hermit crab and of course, the octopus. -_-||| some are really hideous looking. EEW!
The part on Captain Jack being held captive by the cannibal people was funny. lol.... but this story was all about betrayal of trusts and et cetera. so... yeah.
anyway, bought a tigger speaker! haha.. Sa got Eyeore and pooh for winnie. lack piglet. nvm, nvm....

Well, as usual... worked full today. yy and his gf came for lunch. zhenzhen told me yy's gf is rather pretty. but after seeing her today... abit... *diao* richie's comment was 'first look is not bad. second look....' hahaha... nvm, nvm.
and clement came with two girls. this guy... got time to come and eat no time to work! *growls* and now andrew and i gotta work full for the whole week. -_-|||... nvm, nvm. clement's friends say that i'm pretty! Muahahahahahaha.... ok, nvm.
and andrew was cashier today. and he kept a 5 bucks tips. heehee... and he split with me. 2.50 each. so funny. and he kop kirin milk tea. it's nice! =) tt time he kop ramune peach for me. tt's not nice. milk tea is good. lol.

read the Newpaper just now. Zidane announced to the press that his reason for headbutting Metarazzi was because he insulted his mother. However, Metarazzi denied, saying that Zidane was arrogant and treated him like dirt on the pitch. He did admit that he did make some insult at Zidane, but simply refused to disclose what kinda insult. now the issue is, who to believe in? Would Zizou lie in order to make his plight more sympathetic? Or would Metarazzi lie in order to shift the blame off him? well, sorry for being biased. but i'm still on Zizou's side. though i'm still disappointed that he chose to headbutt Metarazzi, well of all kinda attacks. Reports state that there were hints dropped that fifa might withdraw the best player award from Zidane just because of this issue. now, i can only pray that they wouldn't. some readers have stated their views, saying that Zidane does not deserve the award for he attacked Metarazzi. These people even said that Zidane shouldn't have done that no matter how heinous his insults were. oh come on, if you were in Zizou's shoes, would you not? these people, only know how to talk. Do you expect Zidane to smile and say 'thank you' to Metarazzi for his insults? gosh, get real! being italian fans doesn't mean that you have to close one eye to their mistakes, yeah? Given Zidane's firm stand on his actions, i really think that Zidane has the integrity to not twist the fact as he announced the reasons for his attack to the press. i don't rule out the possibility of a misunderstanding though. i mean, when you're already frustrated and tired, those stuff you hear might automatically became exaggerated and etc. however, it's now a fact that Metarazzi provoked, and Zidane reacted. And if what Zidane said about those insults were all true, then sorry to say, but the Italians do not deserve to win the Cup with such a player on their team.
well, all in all. I still don't like Italy... *makes a face* and i also have to say, i'm not a fan of France. I just so happen to admire Zidane for his skills...

italy won france with penalty shoot out 5-3. hmmm... what else can i say? a number of french players have already reached(or past) the so called peak period age of the footballer career. just wondering how would they feel when the throphy has already got so close and then suddenly disappeared? haiz, though i have to say italian players are generally cuter than french players... i'd still support france for the sake of zidane. however, the 110th min really made me disappointed. if it happened to be just an angry shove, i may still be standing on zidane's side like what happened to rooney. but a HEAD-BUTTING? omg... this is... erps! is he a bull or something? but i guess this is zidane's second head-butting effort against his opponents in his football career, if not... more. his previous victim suffered a concussion i think. whoa... just how lethal is his head? *shakes head* if zidane has managed to stay on the pitch and fight on in a correct way despite losing the game, it would still be a glorious departure for him from football. but headbutting his opponent and got sent away? ok, what else is there for me to say?

on saturday, met up with qing, ivy and jay. i've now joined their les club and became... lesbia. jay is lesbo, qing is lesbi, ivy is lesvi. i dun care, i dun wan lesbra nor lessi. i wan lesbia. lol...
met jay at somerset and we went oc cartel for lunch. i ate dory once again. haha... i always eat dory fish at cartel. have a grudge with dory fishes. i must eat ALL dory fishes! oh, nvm. i was wearing heels la. and i brought jacket as well. all prepared for movie or kbox. but no, we went shopping instead. URGH~! shopping? in my one size smaller heels?! yeah, you got it. i gotta buy a new pair of shoes. neckermann sandals. heehee... other than that, i bought bearbrick and playboy earrings at bugis as well. actually we all wanna go for manicure. well, lesbo lesbi and lesvi wans manicure. but i'm working at genki, so can only do pedicure. but in the end, coz jay was rushing for time and also because voxy nails is packed. we decided to do it another time. perhaps coming week. coz genki is closed for renovation. off all week.. well, perhaps weekends would be open... i dunno!
anyway... saturday night, went back for some stupidly f*cked up meeting about the new menu. got there at 1030 cause they said meeting is starting at 1030, and helped to clean up. meeting didnt start until 1 hour later. how on time. nvm... and so they went on telling us what's the new dishes made of and stuff. and we gotta make notes. -_-||| machiam lecture. nvm... nvm... guess when did the meeting ended? 2 plus. blardie hell.
then today... super busy! both afternoon and evening was packed. we're all running ard like busy ants. lol... but evening was worse. coz we ran out of salmon and unagi. not to say that other stuff like ikura and etc was already not available at the start of the day. so sushi like unagi, unagi hr, salmon, salmon maki, hana maki etc etc... ALL dun haf. great. and because i was in charge of section 1 which comprises of the sushi counter, i have to send out the sushi to the customers. and so i was the one telling each and every customers that their orders are OOS. and as you know, hungry people is angry people. so... when i tell the customers that theire order is OOS and apologise. the standard reply from them would be: then you can jolly well close the restaurant! why bother to open?! -_-||| like it's MY fault that we ran out of ingredients. wtf lor.
anyway, our last order was brought forward by half an hour from 830 to 8. haha... good! and then zhenyue, yy and i was clearing the table slowly. and there was a table whereby they were celebrating birthday. and the remnants of the cake was a edible ink printed gal cartoon. lol.. zhenzhen happily went to poke the eye until there were visible dents la. violent. then stupid yy wanna smear cream on my face. luckily i was smart enough to foresee its coming. then it was packing and stuff. all sushi plates were thrown away. and nunu was the one packing it. but the prob is, she didnt thing of how we were to fling the entire bag of plates into the garbage container? but we didnt need to think about that prob. coz the main prob was how to carry the bag over to the container without the bag splitting open due to too many plates inside. hahaha... in the end, we all gotta pick plates off the grnd and throw it into the container. machiam frisbee... -_-||| but got some funny moments is that zhenzhen was trying to act strong and wanna fling a bag of plates into the container. but the bag was too heavy and he missed his footing and nearly hugged the garbage container for support. wth... the container STINKS can... we were laughing like shit la. and zhenzhen laughed too loudly so much so that his throat felt sore after tt. anyway, i was washing cloth at the tap and sunny was keeping i dunno what at the fridge directly behind me la. and somehow i guess he accidentally knocked over the entire stack of METAL containers. and they went crashing onto the ground with a CRASH! scared me la... and ah qiang was like: EH, you shocked her! i'll whack you! lol... wadeva la.. and sunny was insisting that he didnt touch the stack. oh nvm...
genki would be closed for a week for renovation. yippee~!

worked full at genki today. afternoon was busy for a short while... still ok. but evening was CHAOTIC. i was the cashier. but once no one was paying, i have to go to the floor to serve. and it happens that the very moment i stepped onto the floor, some tables would ask for me. and once i started taking their orders, a few tables would get up to leave. and then i would hear the 'Domo Arigatou Gozaimashta!' but i'm still stuck at the ordering table and no one bothered to help me bill the waiting customers nor take over my ordering. Great... fine, everyone is busy walking around, or standing at some place keying orders. then after taking the orders, which the customers would take all day.... i have to stuff the paper to anyone near me and run over to the cashier counter. sheesh! and the best thing is, cashier jam. as in, long long queue. customer asking for ME to take their takeaway order; or for ME to get someone else to take their orders. NO ONE bothered to check if there's any takeaway customers waiting for their orders to be taken. so i've to half take their order, half bill the customers... no wait, one-third take orders, one-third bill customers, one-third run out to them to key in the takeaway orders. and for takeaway orders, you have to collect the order sheet from the printer and bring it over to the cashier counter. NO ONE bothered to do so. well... i would do so if i'm not the cashier. i know cheng and zhenzhen(LOL) would do so too. but sadly, cheng and zhenzhen are not working today. so... ok... let's start dividing once more. i have to 1/4 take orders, 1/4 bill customers, 1/4 run out to someone holding pda to pass them the orders, 1/4 get over to the particular printer to take my order sheet, which most of the time, would be torn out and thrown away into the bin place beside the printer to get rid of UNWANTED order sheets. SHEESH! then as the takeaway orders took too long, i have to pray that someone would walk near to the cashier counter and scream for them to hurry the order for me. the best was the zensai takeaway. no one bothered to check that printer at the zensai counter. and i'm already tending to the long queue developing at the cashier counter, so... the angry customer waited. and waited. and waited.... when she finally couldn't take it anymore and asked me to check her orders, despite knowing that i'm currently jammed, i got clement to check the order for me. well... he went in for at least 10 minutes. and came out to me saying: there's no one at the zensai counter, so nobody did the order. WTH?! can't he pack then? URGH... and so, he went in for another 5 minutes at least to bring out the zensai order. no prize for guessing how the customer looked when i passed her the bag of orders.
nvm, nvm...
anyway, before we start work, we gotta change mah. and there's this so called 'changing room' for us to change. lol... then i was inside the room along with peeps like yixiang and billy, tying my apron and bandana la. and then yy came in with sunny. and yy was like: sunny wants to tell you something. and he was telling sunny to say it. well, sunny totally dun wanna look at me and kept mumbling nvm. guess what he wanna say? eh eh, peggee... don't think too much. he wanted to ask me to leave the room because he wanna change. *vomits blood* would opening his mouth to talk to me kills? then i was like, ok... just change la! haha... coz zhenzhen also dun mind stripping to his boxers in front of me mah. lol... tt time was rather funny. he was already pulling down his pants when i pushed the door open and he jumped. and when he saw me, he went: oh, is you ar. then nvm... and he continued stripping. -_-||| but sunny refused to change with me in the room la, duh! but his answer to my reply was... diao! he said: cannot. i'mma virgin boy. -_-||| he spoke in mandarin... tongzi or something. i was really tempted to say i'm half spring chicken lor. lol... ban zhi tongziji. MUahahahahaha! ok, i shall stop being mean...

YEAH~! I got my ideal timetable. Mondays and Tuesdays are lecture days aka free days! hahaha... so i'll attend classes from wed to fri and rest sat to tues. isnt this great?! *jumps jumps* well, registration starts at 12pm. and at 11.58pm, i've started clicking submit again and again... so that i'll be submitting on the dot at 12.00pm SHARP. guess what? i have 7 core (including one yr one module) i only got 2 core, one yr2 module and the yr1 module registered. all the rest ZERO VACANCIES! i was like... wth?! somemore with my freakingly lagging singnet broadband connection, i was already giving up. haha... so i asked wx to help me register coz he's in campus. he got every slot for me easily. -_-|||... he li hai. *thumbs up*
anyway, i was too trumatized by Hide's decision on retirement so much so that i forgot to blog about Genki last night. Peggy came down to get her cheque. haha... then she wanna see Sunny and Andrew. BUT... both are not working! muahahaha... this is so funny. lalalala~! then we were talking about world cup and how peggy supported Brazil but cursed them coz she took French. -_-||| Brazil lost to France in the knockout stage btw... if you don't watch world cup. Brazilian speaks... what? There's no language as Brazilian right? Do they speak French as well? Or Spanish? ok, nvm. If Brazilian don't speal French, than what peggy said is damn funny. LOL.

anyway, watched Nanny McPhee just now. It's not bad actually. heehee... i quite like it. esp the baby. Just read Hide's latest mail. He's retiring from professional football too. he has made the decision before World Cup has started. meaning, World Cup 2006 in Germany is his last destination of his professional football journey. omg, omg. i so freaking can't believe it when i read it can. he's retiring? at 29?! i know that a footballer is said to reach the peak of his career at between 28 to 30. and i know if he were to play for the world cup next season, he would be already 33. but... he can still play for Bolton, can't he? he's retiring from professional football... not international matches, right? ok... i'm not sure. perhaps some meanings were lost in translation from japanese to english. let's hope that he would continue to play for Bolton.... (as if i can watch him playing for bolton easily on tv...) omg... is he really retiring from professional football? Nakata Hidetoshi, no longer a football player? than what would he venture into? Focus on his role as a board member of Tohato? Or become an advert celebrity? ok, i'm thinking too much over here... think he's going for further studies... but i'm really sad.... thought i would still see Hide at work next world cup season, but NO?! okok... this is bad. real bad. feeling damned now... England lost to Portugal with penalty shoot out 3-1. wth wth wth...
this is a reason why i hate the knock-out stage. determining the winner with penalty shoot out is so damned cruel. the winner wins not because they're really the better team; but because they're the luckier team. fine, say i'm biased against Portugal. Yeah, I'm now currently an England fan(because i dun like portugal). so what?
before the game started, my very first thought was: England should win bah... and the moment the game started, it started to sink in. I forgot that C. Ronaldo plays for Portugal. -_-||| i have to admit, he is good. ok, nvm..... the second blow came: Owen is injured. -_-||| how could i forgot about that? And so, Rooney became the sole striker playing on the field.
it's ok. nvm... nvm...
and as the games proceeded, i really cannot stand the portugal players. no offence, but in my own opinion, their attitude sucks. ok, i have to say rooney dont look amicable as well... but the portuguese seemed to love making a mountain out of a molehill. esp the incident which sent Rooney out with a red card. blardie hell... that whoever suay guy fell down on his own accord behind rooney when he failed to dispossess rooney lor. and he was behind rooney for goodness sake, how would rooney know that he was going to step on him? Urgh... and if that freaking C.Ronaldo didnt rush over and protested as if there was no tomorrow, Rooney wouldn't shove him. and perhaps, that red card wouldn't be shown. yeah, great job on that, C.Ronaldo. *rolls eyes* both C.Ronaldo and Rooney plays for ManU, btw...
and with rooney sent out while beckham is already substituted... WHOA~! this situation got me so high. I'm trying to be sarcastic, btw. Not trying to praise Becks, but no Beckham means less opportunities through freekicks and corners. No Rooney means no more strikers?! -_-|||... yeah, peter crouch was in later... but then again, Crouch.... erps... his height is a great nusiance to his agility. yeah, he can easily win his opponents with headers, but basically, that's it. i'm really sorry to say that, but that's really how i see it. so basically, England switched from a more towards defence style of playing to a totally focusing on defence style. in previous matches, England's defence was rather weak... well, i didnt watch all England matches... i read it off the newspaper. but this match, i have to say... they've really stepped up on defence. at least, Portugal didnt really manage to bring the ball in and had to rely on longer distance shootings. well, it seemed that way to me... i wasnt paying attention to the game throughout the 120 minutes though... *shrugs* coz basically, i can sense word 'DOOM' descending on the england players when Rooney was sent out... sheesh~! well, not really. the uneasy feeling set in when beckham was caught on screen with his crestfallen face after he was substituted.... haiz...
i didnt expected england to last until penalty shoot out with the team's condition anyway. and England has never won a penalty shoot out; and so this time, they shan't either. Robinson is strong. i mean, physically strong. but... he can't really guess which direction the ball is going to head for. yeah... i guess this sum up the idea. plus, beckham cant take the penalty kick. rooney cant take it. owen is not around to take it as well. how nice! lampard's normal condition is to miss... well, he has missed a few golden opportunities in this game as well. no biggie for the weak penalty kick. ok, i'm beginning to get mean over here... my apologies.

Muahahaha... made a super funny act at genki. i answered a call and a lady asked for lawrence. and of course, i dunno who the hell is lawrence. so i beckoned for yy to come over and asked him: who is lawrence.... when lawrence was just standing beside me. -_-||| yy was like: THERE~! and pointing to the guy beside me... lawrence's face was like super san tiao xian. OOPS!
then lawrence was like, woman or man? and he only answered the call when i told him it's a lady. wonder wld he not answer it if i told him it's a man who called... sheesh!
and now... after the 'he wants your number' joke, i felt like laughing whenever i see sunny. shit... the beeg problem is i have to see him whenever i take sushi. how great is this? the reason why i feel like laughing upon seeing him is because of something i left out in my blog ytd. after yy's and darren's "Sunny wants your number" thingy, my response was: I only give my numbers to guys taller than 180cm. Before i said that, Sunny was still bellowing at yy for his joke. and after i said that, he totally went silent. oops... and darren rubbed salt into his 'wound'(of being not very tall), saying: see la... not tall enough. she suan you leh. -_-||| ok, i feel so mean now. And now Sunny totally dont wanna look at me. lol... either he's pissed with the 180cm joke or he is pissed with everything. this is all yy's and darren's fault. yy actually wanna carry the joke further by saying that lawrence wants my number as well. slap his face sia...
and wenting is currently known as Supervisor TING! hahaha.. all thanks to server zhen~! wadeva la... zhenyue is my new sandbag... i've not been having a sandbag ever since doggie... and perhaps a little of andy as well. muahahaha...
woo... germany won argentina in penalty shoot out 4-2. i knew germany wld win... my intuition is so accurate sia... but my intuition was draw 0-0. it was a draw 1-1. heehee...
